Can I replace a worn-out cord?
If your jewelry is made with our cord, we recommend restringing it from time to time. Our cords are highly durable, so occasional restringing is enough. Plus, you can choose a different cord color if you like! The restringing service is free for LUXAN® jewelry.
Are the jewelry pieces really made of 925 sterling silver?
All products labeled "925 sterling silver" are made from 925/000 silver and stamped with our master hallmark.
Do you create custom-made pieces?

All LUXAN® jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop in Landes, France.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping! If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at contact@luxanshop.com. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Domestic delivery in France takes approximately 2 to 4 days, while international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days.
What are the delivery times?
It depends on the availability of the items you selected. If your products are in stock, we aim to prepare them for shipping within 1 to 3 business days. Custom pieces or orders containing out-of-stock items will be sent for production, which typically takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
